Aviation Renewables Awarded Contract For Multiple Solar Series LED Windsocks

Aviation Renewables will deliver five solar powered LED windsock lighting systems with the AV70 Series solar LED obstruction light for operations throughout Afghanistan.  Working with P Wedge Windsocks, the Aviation Renewables solar powered windsock solutions will support helicopter operations in both visible and NVG mode.  Existing airfield and helipad lighting systems already operating with the AV70 and AV72-RF helipad lighting systems will be able to expand operations using the Solar Series LED Windsocks at various locations while increasing safety where infrastructure, fuel or electrical power is not available.
