Avlite Systems has been awarded a solar taxiway lighting system based on the AV72-RF-IR to illuminate multiple taxiway systems at an operating base in the Middle East. The AV72 is a dual mode light capable of operating in both the visual and NVG-compatible infrared spectrums. This quality makes it ideal for tactical deployments, where operational flexibility is a key requirement.
